Job Description

Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Business Analyst Team Leader to join their team.

Product Development Manager (Actuarial)

Responsibilities:
  • To support system implementation project and provide business and technical requirements from product perspective.
  • To propose business functionalities for future generation of products.
  • To review functional specifications to ensure alignment of requirements; and
  • To design test cases and review UAT results to ensure the system fulfilling the business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in life insurance industry.
  • Familiar with life insurance products with knowledge of annuities preferred.
  • Familiar with policy administration workflow.
  • Experience in product design and implementation of policy administration system.
  • Preferably with experience in pricing and financial projection.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills; and
  • Good analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
