We are currently seeking a dynamic NPD Project Manager to join a branded food & beverage brand based in London. Renowned for its range of premium, award-winning products, the business has seen a huge amount of growth across retail, D2C and foodservice channels.
As the Product Development Manager, you will spearhead the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to market launch. Your role will involve managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, driving innovation in both product development and packaging solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully launching innovative products
- Proven track record in project management, with experience collaborating closely with third-party suppliers
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
