You'lljoin a team of Experience Makers, Brand Builders, and Storytellers made up of designers, strategists, and production specialists. Together, we create everythingfrom visual identities and marketing campaigns,to in-store environments, signage systems, retail experiences, and branded spaces.
In this role,you'llcollaborate with creative leaders, marketers, engineers, project managers, and clients to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions across print, digital, and physical environments.You'llhave the opportunity to contribute to every phase of the creative process—from discovery and ideation,to design development and execution.As a ProductDevelopment & Fabrication Specialistyou will play a pivotal role in product fabrication,leveragingyour engineeringexpertiseto drive innovation, efficiency, and manufacturability within our Design & Marketing Agency. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and production teams to turn concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products.

The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees
