・ディスクリートパワーデバイス(MOSFET)の新製品開発
・各拠点の費用見積りを取得し、量産拠点の選定
・製品開発スケジュールの立案、開発費用見積もりとDCPによる認可
・量産拠点でのウエハ、組み立てなどの試作業務
・信頼性試験の実施と不良解析
・既存プロセスを使用したレイアウトデザイン
・製品の特性評価と、量産妥当性の検証
・既存量産品に対するPCN推進
