About the opportunity

Join us in developing the next generation of Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) products designed to improve patient care and outcomes. This is an 18‑month fixed term position.

As part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team, you will contribute across a range of product development activities. Depending on project needs and your experience, this could include understanding patient and clinician needs, generating and evaluating concepts, part design, packaging design, product testing and supporting design for manufacture and delivery activities. Along the way, you'll build new technical and clinical knowledge, develop relationships across the business, and gain experience that supports your future career growth.

Your ideas and ability to solve problems through research, practical product development and testing will help ensure our products remain world leading. As a great communicator, you're confident overcoming challenges, sharing ideas, and contributing to decision making.

About you

You will have:

• A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years' relevant engineering experience

What you'll bring

• Experience contributing to one or more phases of the product development lifecycle
• Practical experience in research, product design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing support, or related engineering activities
• Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks, or a willingness to develop capability in these areas
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset and passion for learning
• The ability to work through ambiguity, manage risk and make sound engineering decisions
• Confidence communicating ideas and working effectively with a range of stakeholders
