Job Title: Product Development Engineer (Chinese
Speaking)

Location: Somboon Forging Technology Co., Ltd.

Eastern Seaboard
Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand

The Product
Development Engineer will support new automotive product development, product
testing, CAD design, and cross-functional coordination. The role works closely
with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product quality and
successful project execution. Chinese language skills are required for
communication with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and
  develop new automotive products based on customer requirements and industry
  trends, including Chinese market needs
• Plan, execute, and
  evaluate product testing and validation processes
• Optimize and
  refine development processes to meet customer specifications
• Communicate and
  collaborate with customers on technical requirements
• Use CAD software
  for product design and improvement
• Conduct
  performance analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Manage project
  timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with
  production, QA, procurement, and engineering teams
• Monitor automotive
  industry trends and emerging technologies
• Propose innovative
  ideas and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
  in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in R&D or new product development
• Experience working
  with international clients is an advantage
• Proficiency in
  SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of
  automotive manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, assembly,
  etc.)
• Strong
  communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical
  and problem-solving ability
• Able to manage
  multiple projects and deadlines
• Eager to learn and
  adapt to new technologies
• Fluent in Chinese
  and English
