About the opportunity

Join us in working on the next generation of Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) products, intended to improve patient care and outcomes in the hospital. This project provides plenty of opportunities to tackle design challenges and to gain experience in the field with our customers while bringing concepts to life.

To achieve our goals we need to add to our talented team. As part of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, you'll be exposed to all aspects of the product-development cycle - from concept to market release, including working with manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and sales teams.

Your ideas and ability to solve problems through research, practical product development and testing will help to ensure our products are world leading. As a great communicator, you are the type of person who is confident getting over hurdles to make things work, sharing ideas and taking part in decision making.

About you - you will have

• A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

What You’ll Bring

• Experience across the product development life cycle
• Practical experience in plastic part design, CAD, CAM, machining and testing is advantageous
• Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks or a willingness to extend your skills and knowledge to include those areas
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning
• Willingness to take on a variety of different projects, try new ideas, manage risk and resolve uncertainty
