Job Description

The team:

The Product Development Cash team acts as the bridge between business, clients, and IT for Euroclear’s cash and banking services The team analyses market and client needs, defines and prioritises business requirements, and supports the delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives across cash processing, liquidity, and banking domains. The team also performs risk assessments for upcoming new services or service enhancements.

It plays a key role in major market evolutions (such as T+1, SWIFT and central bank changes), client‑driven enhancements, and resilience initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned with Euroclear’s business strategy and are delivered efficiently and safely.

As a key link between business and IT, you play a central role in shaping solutions that enable operational, tactical, and strategic transformation. You work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into high‑quality, value‑driven IT solutions that support both current needs and future growth.

With a strong understanding of the market and internal stakeholders, you help drive initiatives from early concept through to delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, aligned, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders across divisions, acting as their primary contact for IT‑related initiatives
  • Understand, challenge, and translate business needs into clear, well‑defined IT solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and IT (development, design, and delivery), ensuring alignment from idea to implementation
  • Analyse business processes, challenges, and opportunities, and recommend pragmatic, value‑adding improvements
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non‑functional requirements using enterprise standards
  • Evaluate new initiatives, applications, and enhancements for feasibility, business value, and strategic fit
  • Support initiatives across the full lifecycle—from early analysis and business case development to testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support
  • Manage scope, risks, and changes proactively in close collaboration with sponsors and IT teams
  • Prepare and present clear recommendations, solution options, and impact assessments to business and senior stakeholders

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead business and process analysis for complex initiatives and contribute to robust business cases, including risk and impact assessments
  • Translate business needs into high‑quality requirements that enable successful delivery
  • Provide advisory support to business sponsors, helping them navigate change and make informed decisions
  • Work closely with IT teams throughout development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business expectations
  • Act as a reference for business analysis best practices and promote high standards of quality and delivery
  • Where applicable, coach or mentor junior business analysts and support their development
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment in complex or sensitive change environments

Profile

  • Strong experience in business and process analysis within complex change or transformation environments
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery processes and the ability to work effectively with technical teams
  • Expertise in Cash and Banking Services is a strong asset, as the role focuses on the evolution of these services
  • Recognised for strong advisory skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable solutions
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Please not that our office is located in Krakow. You are required to work from the office at least 8 days each month.
