General Description
Product Development Department is planning new products to contribute to company's sales growth.
Practical process is as below.
・Analyzing competitors strategy and performance in product perspective
・Considering product strategy, planning outline/detail of new products
・Preparing submitting document and seeking approval of regulator
・Promoting the preparation for launch of new products by managing related departments progress
・Hosting the Product development committee (preparation of PPT, explanation, making minutes)
Work Experience Requirement
Experience in financial institution (Preferably)
Educational Requirement
Bachelors Degree
Any Bachelor Degree holder.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Research & Development
field.
Preferable who came from financial industries like banking, microfinance, fintech or
any other related field.
Age: Preferably below 35 years of age
Should Speak/Read/Write English fluently
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
