Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development.
  • Prepare presentations for the management team, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and launch new lending products tailored to corporate clients, including factoring products.
  • Review and adjust processes and procedures to ensure alignment with new policies and strategic directions.
  • Prepare and manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements for lending products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products comply with updated policies and regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 5 years of experience in lending product development and acquisition within banks or non-bank financial institutions.
  • Thai nationality only.
  • Proven experience in commercial or SME lending.
  • Strong background in dealing with regulators, including compliance with the Bank of Thailand and other relevant authorities.
  • In-depth understanding of processes and procedures within the retail lending business.
  • Knowledge of factoring products and their application in corporate lending.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
