Job Posting Location

NonthaburiResponsible for product conceptualization, platform and package development, and end-to-end project implementation by coordinating with IT, PM, and cross-functional teams. Manage customer journey, operational processes, product lifecycle, and business tracking, while supporting product launches through internal documentation and customer support handling.

• Product Conceptualization, use cases and Proof of concept (POC)
• Co-ordinate end-to-end implementation with IT and PM department
• Platform / application - Product - Package Development (business requirements submit to IT department, PLM (product lifecycle management)
• Customer Journey, process, procurement and operation management
• End-to-end project management and tracking for business team
• Cross functional Management
• Create internal documents for product launch e.g. IKM, FAQ etc
• Customer Support & Handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Product Development, Application Development, or Project Management
• Experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, or Smart Home/IoT business is preferred
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Able to conduct product training for sales teams
