We are currently looking for a Product Development Admin Assistant who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with our Bath-based Product Development team, your focus will be on maintaining accurate product data, supporting team operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our product pipeline. In this role, you will combine your attention to detail with strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative retail environment.

What you will do

  • Accurately create and update product records across internal systems, ensuring information is always current and reliable.
  • Take ownership of small-scale projects that contribute to the strength and clarity of our product portfolio.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the wider Product Development team to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Act as a go-to contact for internal queries related to product data and documentation.

What you should bring

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role, ideally within a product or retail environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a natural flair for organisation.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
