What You Will Do:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
• Develop a new concept of market trends.
• Innovate new products in terms of formula, claim, packaging, etc. which will be involved in the product.
• Evaluates competitor products and designs for comparison.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timelines for NPD launch, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Ensuring that the final product meets the company's requirements

What You Will Need:

• Minimum S1 Pharmacist/Chemistry/Chemical/Engineering/Cosmetic Science or related science.
• Minimum 1 year experience in beauty product development.
• Proactive and problem-solving oriented.
• Able to conduct research on current market trends.
• Able to work individually or in a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
