We are seeking a Product Designer to help design and deliver a new Reseller Management and Optimization platform that enables health plans to manage downstream client contracts, support pass-through pricing, improve margin visibility, automate operational processes, and provide self-service capabilities. The Product Designer will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Pricing, Operations, and Business stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve customer outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex business problems, conducting user research, and translating requirements into practical product experiences.

Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.

Primary Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather user feedback and recommend design enhancements
  • Monitor adoption and usability metrics
  • Identify opportunities to reduce user effort and improve workflow efficiency

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
