Job Description

Shape the future of the workplace by designing digital experiences that blend hospitality, technology, and operations. Collaborating closely with product, technology, and operations, you will lead strategically important initiatives that turn everyday workplace moments into seamless, high-satisfaction experiences. Your ability to independently scope and execute research, combined with fluency in AI-accelerated design tools, will ensure our services are not only intuitive and visually compelling but also grounded in evidence and delivered with speed.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design and research strategies for initiatives across dining, pantries, conference centers, and guest registration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key physical and digital touchpoints, leading end-to-end design initiatives within a specific amenity domain.
  • Independently scope, design, and execute user research, from framing research questions and selecting methodologies to synthesizing findings

  • Ability to independently scope, design, and execute end-to-end user research, including defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methods, recruiting participants, and synthesizing findings into actionable design direction
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to accelerate or enhance the design process

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in hospitality, workplace experience, or amenity management, with an understanding of how physical services intersect with digital tools
  • Familiarity with data-informed design decision-making, including comfort interpreting analytics or operational data to inform design strategy
