Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences across digital and physical retail ecosystems. This role focuses on designing seamless omnichannel journeys across web, mobile, and in-store touchpoints, including healthcare or pharmacy-related experiences where applicable. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and business teams to deliver impactful, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for digital platforms (web and mobile apps) and connected in-store experiences.
• Design intuitive user flows for key journeys such as browsing, purchasing, fulfillment (delivery/curbside pickup), and service interactions.
• Translate complex business and healthcare-related requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user insights and validate design decisions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and user-centered design best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior designers and help elevate design quality across the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of experience in product/UX design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated domains.
• Experience designing for complex systems and service-based journeys.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
