Longetic is building a new category in preventive health. The goal is simple: help people understand their body early, act before problems appear, and build long-term health through better decisions. This is not a "wellness app." It is a system that combines data, behavior, and design into a product people actually use daily. We are looking for a Product Designer who can turn complex health, data, and behavioral systems into simple, intuitive experiences.

What you will do

You will own product design end-to-end across key parts of Longetic:

• Design core user journeys: onboarding, health insights, biomarker tracking, habit loops
• Translate complex medical and data-heavy concepts into clear interfaces
• Build systems, not just screens - scalable UX patterns, design systems, reusable logic
• Work directly with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate
• Shape how users interact with their own health data daily
• Contribute to product thinking, not just execution

• Strong product thinking - you understand why something should exist, not just how it looks
• Ability to simplify complexity - especially data-heavy or technical domains
• Experience designing consumer products with high engagement (daily or frequent use)
• Speed - ability to move from idea to shipped feature quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity - early-stage product, many things are undefined
• Ownership mindset - you act like a founder of your area
• Bonus: experience in health, fitness, fintech, or data-driven products. Experience working with growth teams and experimentation
