Contract position

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Design Certification from an accredited Design School
• 5-8 years experience
• Accuracy of realization of design
• Analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for accurate design
• and implementation
• Communicating design guidelines and guidelines to different stakeholders
• Design tools
• Design/ Modelling
• Finding better/new ways to do things / improve / redesign
• Have an in-depth understanding of architecting, designing and the implementation of a DevOps tool chain for an SME business. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling visual artifacts (UI layouts, interface elements, prototypes, high-level recommending effective ways to operate and adding value.
• Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and support of the implementation of recommendations.
• Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
• Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business informal interaction.
• Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in
• members of the Service Design Team to craft a world-class user experience
• Create solid recommendations and prioritization based on technology and business needs
• Adhere to design standards by understanding and following the Design System
• Adhere to client centered design process
• Consider user feedback from user testing results in order to deliver the best customer
• Accountable for time management within each project to ensure agreed deadlines are met
• Adhere to consistent design patterns and principles
• Align to technical infrastructure of the Group
• Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives and values by ensuring delivery of process, services and solutions
• Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from
• Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe
• Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and successfully created and implemented to achieve the user goals
