Job Title – Product Designer (iGaming)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and user-centric Product Designer (iGaming) to design engaging, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences for gaming platforms and products. The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design, ensuring seamless user experiences that enhance engagement, retention, and business performance. The ideal candidate has experience designing products within the iGaming, online gaming, casino, sportsbook, or entertainment technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & User Experience

• 
  Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile gaming platforms.
• 
  Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• 
  Develop user-centric solutions that improve engagement, usability, and conversion.
• 
  Ensure consistency across all digital products by maintaining design standards and guidelines.

User Research & UX Strategy

• 
  Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• 
  Analyze user behavior and product analytics to improve the customer journey.
• 
  Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective design solutions.
• 
  Continuously optimize user experiences based on testing results and performance metrics.

UI Design & Design Systems

• 
  Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• 
  Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• 
  Ensure consistency across desktop, mobile, and tablet experiences.
• 
  Create high-quality visual assets, icons, illustrations, and interactive elements where required.

Collaboration & Product Development

• 
  Work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• 
  Participate in product discovery sessions, sprint planning, and design reviews.
• 
  Ensure design feasibility and collaborate with developers during implementation.
• 
  Support product launches by validating final UI implementation and resolving design issues.

iGaming Product Optimization

• 
  Design user experiences for casino games, sportsbook platforms, promotions, tournaments, loyalty programs, and player account features.
• 
  Optimize onboarding, registration, deposit, gameplay, and payment journeys to improve user retention.
• 
  Balance engaging visual experiences with usability, accessibility, and performance.
• 
  Stay updated on iGaming trends, player behavior, gamification techniques, and emerging technologies.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• 
  Review implemented designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• 
  Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to refine product experiences.
• 
  Recommend improvements based on customer insights and business objectives.
• 
  Maintain comprehensive design documentation and specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 
  4–7 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design.
• 
  Experience within the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, gaming, or entertainment technology industry is highly preferred.
• 
  Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
• 
  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• 
  Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, or Adobe XD.
• 
  Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is an advantage.
