
Momentum is not a place for narrow specialists. We are a true product design group, and our designers are encouraged to engage across the process—from research and insight gathering, to shaping experience strategies, contributing to client workshops, designing UX/UI systems, and exploring how AI-driven thinking can enhance product and service ecosystems.
As a Product Designer, you will contribute to shaping outcomes at the intersection of business needs, service design, and digital product experience This role calls for strong craft, curiosity, and collaboration—bringing thoughtful design execution while developing the ability to connect design decisions to broader business and user goals. You’ll work closely with teammates and clients, gaining exposure to the full design process and building the confidence to navigate complexity with support and mentorship.
We are a global company, with clients and team members distributed across time zones, so flexibility in how and when you collaborate is essential for our integrated approach to succeed. This position can be hybrid or remote, but candidates must be available during working hours aligned with our Palo Alto, California office (PST time zone) Full-time work from the Palo Alto office is also an option. We welcome both full-time employees and contractors, and qualified international candidates within reasonable time zones are encouraged to apply.
