We're looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join our Product Design team at OLX. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will be embedded in a product team and work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems. You will use AI tools - including Lovable, Claude, and Cursor - as everyday instruments to prototype, iterate, and ship live product experiences. The output we expect is not static mockups: it's working artifacts that reach production with engineering pair-support. You will own your design decisions end-to-end and be accountable for the quality and impact of what you ship.
This is your first interview with our Talent Acquisition team. We’ll explore your background, skills, and experience, as well as your approach to autonomy, ownership, and critical thinking. It’s also a chance to discuss your aspirations and ensure alignment with our culture and values.
In this stage, you’ll meet with the Hiring Manager and a Designer from the team. We’ll explore your process thinking and approach to design through a case study of your choice. This is also a great opportunity to discuss how you collaborate with others and how your values align with our team culture.
This is a dynamic and interactive session where you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your thought process in action. It’s designed to give us insight into how you approach challenges, integrate AI into your workflows, and apply your skills in a practical setting.
We aim to make this process clear, collaborative, and reflective of the way we work as a team.
