Introw is the #1 AI-native partner management platform. We are growing 4 to 5x year over year, signing multi-year enterprise contracts with some of the biggest logos in B2B SaaS, and building the best, most innovative product in our market. We raised $3M led by Visionaries VC, we serve hundreds of companies worldwide, and we hold a 5.0 rating across 100s of reviews.

We run inside HubSpot and Salesforce, so partner teams manage their whole program without leaving the CRM, and their partners work where they already are: Slack, Teams, email, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Globally leading companies run partnerships, their best-performing channel, on Introw.

Now we want our first dedicated designer to own how it looks, feels, and works. This is not a ticket-taking role. You will push the narrative on our UX, our UI, and our product overall.

Why this brief is rare:

• Two-sided product. Partner managers and their external partners are different people with different jobs. Both have to feel at home.
• It lives everywhere. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, email, an optional portal, and inside AI assistants. You design one coherent experience across surfaces we do not fully control.
• AI agents that take real actions, humans in the loop. You design how people trust, steer, and stay in control of an agent working on their behalf. Very few designers get to define this yet.

In our market the legacy tools were built for the vendor, not the partner, so partners never logged in and programs stalled. We win on the opposite bet: partners actually adopt Introw. That makes design our real growth lever, not a coat of paint. Get this right and you set the design DNA of a global category winner.

We work from our office in Ghent, mostly in person with a day or two of flexibility.

Tasks

As our product designer, you own end-to-end design and a real voice in where the product goes:

• Push the narrative on our UX, our UI, and our product. Own not just how Introw looks, but where it goes.
• Own end-to-end design: research, flows, interaction, and visual, from first sketch to shipped.
• Turn a broad, ambitious product into simple, obvious experiences that partners adopt without training.
• Design how humans and AI agents work together: clear authority, clear escalation, clear control.
• Build and grow our design system and the craft bar for the whole company.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with product, engineering, and customers. Sit in on real partner calls and design from what you hear.
• Set the standard, then help us hire the designers who follow you.

Requirements

You're an A-player. You want your fingerprints on a category-defining product, and a mediocre bar bores you. The following should be how your friends describe you:

• In love with the product and the craft. Great design is not a task to you, it is the point.
• You have shipped real B2B or SaaS products end to end, ideally complex or data-heavy ones. We care about the bar you hold more than years on paper. Most strong fits have 3+ years.
• Opinionated about product, not just pixels. You argue for the user and for where the product should go.
• A builder. You own ambiguity, make the call, and move without a big team around you.
• A systems thinker who still sweats the last 5% of polish.
• Fluent in Figma and Claude Design, fast from a fuzzy problem to a shipped screen.
• Customer-led. You talk to users and let evidence win.
• Keen to learn agentic workflows, challenge the old way of working

Nice to have:

• Experience designing for AI or agent-based products.
• Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, or with sales and partnership workflows.
• Front-end sensibility, so you can speak the language of the engineers you ship with.
