We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of hospitality technology.

At Duve, we build a global B2B2C platform used by thousands of hotels to manage operations and create seamless digital guest journeys. Our product sits at the intersection of hotel operations, guest experience, and integrations with multiple external systems.

As a designer at Duve, you’ll tackle complex product challenges, design system-level solutions, and help simplify workflows used daily by hospitality teams around the world.

About this Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex product challenges and turning sophisticated systems into intuitive user experiences.

As a designer at Duve, you will take ownership of product areas and lead design processes from early discovery to final implementation You will design experiences across a complex platform that combines operational workflows, integrations with external systems, and guest-facing journeys.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers while driving design initiatives independently and helping shape the evolution of our product.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Product as part of our core product team.

  • You care about reality more than theories - before locking in a direction or pushing for big changes, you look at how things work today (usage, feedback, existing flows, constraints, and history) so your designs fit into reality instead of fighting it.
  • You’re comfortable with messy, technical products and imperfect briefs, as long as you can ask questions and bring structure.
  • You’re organized, in your thinking and in your work: your Figma files, docs, and notes are clear enough that someone else can pick them up and move.
  • We don’t expect you to know every corner of the product on day one - what matters is your curiosity, your approach, and how you grow into the complexity over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and shipped products
  • Experience designing complex systems, SaaS platforms, or multi-product environments
  • Experience conducting UX research (competitive analysis, user interviews, usability testing)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
  • Ability to translate complex product challenges into clear and intuitive solutions
  • Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive design processes
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead work forward
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building or significantly expanding a design system
  • Experience designing products with multiple integrations
  • Experience working on B2B or B2B2C platforms
  • Experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery

  • Design experiences that interact with multiple integrations and external platforms
  • Conduct UX research including competitive analysis, user interviews, and usability testing
  • Translate product requirements and business needs into intuitive user experiences
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Contribute to the evolution of Duve’s design system, including building and expanding components
