Ready for your next chapter? We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm!

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong craft, sharp attention to detail, and build effective and intuitive, high-quality solutions. This role is crucial for delivering on our 2026 Product & Tech ambitions. We’re looking for a designer who wants to build — someone energized by crafting and shipping meaningful experiences. You’re comfortable understanding the broader strategy, but you’re most motivated by turning it into tangible, elegant solutions with strong execution.

You’ll join a tight-knit team of four designers within a strong Product & Tech organization, where the foundation is solid and the ambition is to raise the bar even higher. You’ll manage the design process for initiatives end-to-end, with support from your Design Manager, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape and ship thoughtful, high-quality experiences. We’re looking for someone proactive and hands-on — a designer who turns ambiguity into clear, elegant solutions and takes pride in what goes live.

We intentionally build time into our projects for experimentation with new AI tools and workflows, and we expect designers to actively explore how emerging technologies can improve both the product experience and how we work.

This is an individual contributor role. In our small design team, growth is measured by impact and influence rather than titles or management tracks. We value depth of craft, ownership, and the ability to consistently raise the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills.

  • Taking responsibility for the user experience across all phases—from discovery and concept development to final implementation

  • Translating insights into clear, evidence-based design decisions, and confidently communicating and advocating them across teams.

  • Crafting high-quality, accessible UI aligned with our Digital Identity and Design System, supported by thoughtful interaction and prototyping.

  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape, build, and ship impactful solutions.

  • Driving innovative yet feasible design solutions that balance user value, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Ensuring strong design execution during implementation by working hands-on with developers.

  • Measuring and evaluating shipped solutions, using data and insights to continuously refine and improve the experience.

  • Facilitating workshops and design discussions to align stakeholders and move initiatives forward.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated monthly salary for this role is competitive and falls within the range of 45,000 to 55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

We provide a competitive benefits package that supports our employees' wellbeing, work-life balance, retirement savings options, and career development.

About you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products

  • You have solid experience designing and shipping digital products, with ownership from discovery through implementation. You’re comfortable turning ambiguity into clear, well-crafted solutions.

  • You are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with modern tools for prototyping and building product ideas.

  • You think beyond individual features and understand how design decisions connect to business goals, technical constraints, and long-term product quality.

  • You communicate your thinking clearly and confidently, adapting your message to engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. You collaborate well and know how to move work forward.

  • You bring strong craft and attention to detail, with advanced skills in Figma and prototyping tools — but your value lies in your judgment, not just your tools.

  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adapt your methods to the problem and team at hand.

  • You actively seek and give constructive feedback. You’re comfortable having your work challenged and don’t take critique personally — your focus is on creating the best possible outcome.

  • You’re curious, open to new perspectives, and motivated to continuously improve your craft and explore new ways of working.

  • You take initiative and ownership. You proactively look for improvements and take initiative within your assigned problem space.
