Job Description

About Evondos Group
Evondos Group is the European market leader in medication management, with over 500 employees working in the Nordics, UK and the Netherlands. Evondos' services enables tens of thousands of people who require medication to receive support in proper medication use through our automatic medication dispensers. This improves and enhances patient safety and medication adherence. Evondos helps clients live independently in their own homes, reducing the pressure on home care services, allowing them to focus on more complex care needs.

This is the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our small Product Design team in Finland. You will work end-to-end, from untangling a complex user problem to shipping a polished interface.

We are particularly looking for a designer who is comfortable in the earlier stages of design; mapping journeys, identifying gaps, making sense of complex service flows. You should also be able to carry that thinking through to the interface level, but this is not primarily a role for someone who leads with visual UI craft.

You will be close to the research, close to the decisions, and the people your work actually affects.

What you will do

  • Leading design from problem framing through to production-ready UI

  • Creating user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and device interfaces

  • Working alongside our research & development function, participating in user interviews, usability evaluations, and translating what you learn into design decisions

  • Building and testing prototypes early

  • Collaborating closely with developers through implementation

  • Mapping user journeys and finding the experience gaps worth fixing

  • Contributing to our design system and writing clear, user-centred interface copy

  • Making sure accessibility is built in, not bolted on

Why you will enjoy it:

We are growing fast and in the middle of international expansion — meaning you will work on products that need to work for different markets, languages, care systems, and cultures. That kind of complexity is genuinely interesting design work.

You will also be joining at a moment when the design team itself is still taking shape. There is no rigid playbook to follow. The person in this role will have a real say in how we work, how we grow the team, and what good design looks like at Evondos — not just today, but as the company scales.

The mission matters too. When the product works well, real people benefit in a real way.

This could be you

  • You have experience in product, service, UX, or interaction design

  • A confident generalist — able to go broad when the problem calls for it and sharp when the detail matters

  • Experience working across international products or with teams and users from different cultures — you understand that designing for one market rarely translates directly to another

  • You communicate design decisions clearly and confidently, to designers and non-designers alike

  • An advocate for the user, including when it is the harder position to take

  • You are curious about where design is heading — AI tools, evolving workflows, new ways of validating ideas

Proficiency in Figma is a given. Fluent English is essential and any other language skills are beneficial.

Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus, not a must —if your background is elsewhere and you are motivated by the mission, we want to hear from you.

What we offer

  • A flexible, hybrid role with possibility to meet colleagues at the office in Helsinki or Salo — you decide what rhythm works

  • Work that carries genuine meaning — the product you design helps people maintain their independent life

  • A fast growing international company, which means real opportunities to develop alongside it

  • A small, close-knit design team where your input shapes the direction, not just the output

  • A collaborative, inclusive culture where the work speaks louder than the hierarchy
