About the Role:

Design at FarMart is not about shipping shiny screens. It's about making complex B2B tools usable, useful, and fast. You'll work on both SaaS and mobile apps that directly impact farmers, field operators, and food companies.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end Android mobile app experiences and web experiences, defining user flows, edge cases, and contributing to new product ideas
• Partner with the Design Lead to solve UX challenges, exchange feedback, and continuously evolve our design system
• Create interaction-ready designs, incorporating basic micro-interactions (Rive/Lottie) where needed to communicate intent
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and workflows throughout the design process
• Collaborate closely with engineering during handoff, QA, UAT, and build to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity
• Work with and contribute to our active design libraries, enabling you to focus on problem-solving instead of recreating components

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of experience designing Android mobile apps (must-have)
• A strong portfolio showcasing structured problem-solving, clear UX thinking, and refined visual design skills
• Basic understanding of micro-interactions (Rive/Lottie) and motion principles
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in the design process (ideation, exploration, workflows, prototyping)
• Ability to independently drive projects from brief to launch
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers through handoff, QA, UAT, and final polish
• Familiarity with Framer (a plus)
• Basic understanding of front-end development (a plus)
