What You'll Do

• End-to-end design: Lead product experiences from early discovery and research to high-fidelity design and implementation.
• Strategic collaboration: Partner with design counterparts, managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Design delivery: Create high-quality Figma deliverables, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product.
• Visual language: Build and maintain a consistent, scalable visual language across the product.

What You're About

• Design systems: Proven experience and passion for building design systems or taking an integral part in a process like that (Must).
• Technical knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working closely with developers (Must).
• System thinking: Strong system-level thinking and the ability to see the broader product picture.
• Figma proficiency: Deep knowledge in Figma - components, variants, and auto-layout; creating assets engineers want to use.
• Data complexity: Experience designing interfaces for data-heavy products into a clear and consumable experience.
• Professional experience: 4-5 years designing complex B2B products.
• Design attitude: A strong design vision combined with excellent visual skills and a pixel-perfect mindset, driving meaningful, professional discussions and attention to the smallest details.
• Self-sufficiency: Ability to work independently and lead your own initiatives.
• Feature strategy: Experience mapping full feature functionality and prioritizing "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" experiences.
• Team alignment: Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• English fluency: Clear and articulate communication skills in English.

It Would Be Great If You Have

• Cybersecurity domain knowledge: Experience designing product UX for security products.
• Product redesign: Experience participating in a full web application redesign (great advantage).
• Education: B.A. in Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• AI environment: Experience designing AI-Native apps.
