Job Description

1. Design and Development:

o Develop and conceptualize original patterns and designs for product categories: glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, home accessories.

o Create a wide range of tableware and home accessories, ensuring each piece is both functional and appealing.

o Utilize various design software and tools to produce high-quality sketches, renderings, and prototypes.

o Product Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the tableware products offered, including materials (such as porcelain, stoneware, glassware), brands, and care instructions. Stay current with design trends and incorporate them into new product lines.

2. Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.

o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer needs and market trends - what’s needed for the WS & Retail, HORECA

o Present designs and concepts to internal stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:

o Conduct thorough research and testing to ensure the durability and functionality of designs.

o Refine and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

o Maintain a consistent and high standard of quality across all products.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in designing patterns for tableware and home accessories.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Language: Good English speaking and writing.
