Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in not only designing user interfaces and experiences but also in shaping the future of our products. You will be involved in the product discovery process, from conducting user interviews and managing stakeholder expectations to mapping out process flows and drafting product requirements documents. This role offers you the unique opportunity to blend UI/UX design with aspects of product management, providing a holistic approach to product development.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products.
• Conduct user research and interviews to understand needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectivelycommunicate interaction and design ideas.
• Draft product requirements documents to guide the development process.
• Participate in product discovery processes, including stakeholder management and process flow mapping.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems and visual assets for our digital platforms.
• Prototype for both mobile and web applications.
• Work closely with developers, other designer, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product experience.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a keen interest in Product Design and basic experience in product management..
• A proven track record of engaging in the product discovery process, including user
• interviews, stakeholder management and process flow mapping.
• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
• Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Understanding of design guidelines for apps and web-based platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and design development processes.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile product development methodology
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time-management abilities.
