  Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile applications

  Create interaction design concepts including wireframes and
  interactive prototypes
• 
  Lead and support user research and usability testing activities
• 
  Translate research insights into scalable and user-centric design
  solutions
• 
  Ensure usability, clarity, and visual consistency across platforms
• 
  Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business
  stakeholders
• 
  Contribute to and extend the existing design system
• 
  Monitor UX and UI
  trends and apply relevant best practices

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 2 years of experience for Mid level or 4 years for Senior level in
  Product Design
• 
  Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX design capability
• 
  Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
• 
  High proficiency in Figma
• 
  Experience working with and expanding design systems
• 
  Strong communication and presentation skills
• 
  Fluent English
• 
  Availability to work fully onsite in Warsaw

• 
  Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• 
  Experience in fintech,
  payments, or regulated industries
