Supportinguserresearchactivities(interviews,testing,analysis)whilelearningfromseniordesignersandgraduallyincreasinginvolvement
Designingsolutionsfor smallfeatureswithautonomy,andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswithteamsupport
Usingandapplyingdesignsystemsto ensureconsistencyinvisualsanduserexperience
Activelyparticipatingin agile workflowsand continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
Communicatingdesignideasclearlyandeffectively,highlightingtheirpotentialimpact
Collaboratingwithhumility,opennessto feedback,andastrongwillingnesstolearn
