Are you passionate about design, innovation, and creating products that make a difference? Prinsco, a recognized leader in water management solutions, is looking for a Senior Designer to join our dynamic Engineering Team. This position pays between $30-$34/hr. DOE. This position is HYBRID with quarterly visits to our Willmar, MN office required.

In this vital role, you’ll collaborate across departments and help bring innovative ideas to life through design. Your contributions will support product development, sales, and manufacturing.
Create detailed technical drawings for products and projects that support our sales and engineering efforts
Provide 3D modeling and design expertise for R&D, product development, and process improvements
Maintain and update CAD files to reflect product enhancements and changes
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Skilled in AutoCAD and SolidWorks with at least 6 months of 2D & 3D design experience
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple variables and adapt to changing needs
A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization
Holding an Associate’s Degree or CAD Certificate in a relevant field
