What you will work on?

You will be joining us in this 1-100 journey, building the best AI tutor platform out of India (likes of Duolingo). So there is tons of UX, personalisation, gamification, complex problems, and new ideas to work upon that comes along.

→ We have a flat hierarchy, however, we have two different JDs to set the right expectations for candidates.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 to 3 yrs of experience of both functional and beautiful designs
• Good product thinking (and previously worked in Product based org)
• Has strong design portfolio 👀
• Asks right questions, knows user data and keeps different user segments in mind
• Multidisciplinary thinking. Eg - motion design flow for better intros, using tools like - jitter rive lottie
• AI in workflow
• Bonus - Worked on dark and light modes, design system.
• Bonus - Worked on gamification/personalisation flows

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the founders and engineering team 💡
• Can lead initiatives with help
• Prototyping on Figma
• Adding visual delights on UI via illustrations and animation via jitter
• Organised thinking - first steps first - user insights, competitive analysis, so on
• Awareness of the problems across the platforms and can suggest solutions
• Take data-driven decisions wherever needed
• Collate user feedback from different mechanisms - survey forms / user calls

Compensation:

Experience wise: 14 to 18LPA. Esops for the right candidate.

Interview Process

1. Resume shortlisting. An introductory call will be scheduled as per.
2. Introductory call (20 min) - Focuses on problems you have solved, depth of your questions, understanding of audience, etc. And your energy!

Assignment path:

1. Assignment (typically 2 days) - Focuses on product thinking, visual delight and layouts.
2. Product round (F2F 1 hour) - Focuses on understanding other dimensions of product
3. Final closure discussion (30min)

Collaboration path:

Note: For candidates with amazing portfolio and strong recommendation from the founders you have worked with previously.

1. Collaboration (typically 7 to 30 days): Work with us on some projects. Focuses on product thinking, overall collaboration and delivery. This will be a paid collaboration for the successful completion of the duration.
2. Final closure discussion (30min)
