We're looking for an experienced Product & Design Lead to drive complex product initiatives across the business. This is not a traditional Product Manager role tied to a single team. Instead, you'll work across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Leadership to identify opportunities, bring structure to ambiguity and deliver customer-centric solutions from concept to launch.

You'll combine strong product thinking with an eye for outstanding user experiences. Whether you're framing a new opportunity, aligning stakeholders or reviewing designs, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Qwello's products.

Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery to launch
  • Identify customer problems, define solutions and drive execution across multiple teams
  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Leadership
  • Define product direction while ensuring a high bar for user experience and design quality
  • Support and guide product design, providing feedback and direction where needed
  • Work closely with engineers to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical constraints
  • Bring structure, clarity and momentum to ambiguous challenges
  • Communicate product vision, priorities and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Your Profile ✨

  • Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Design or a hybrid Product & Design role
  • Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from problem definition to successful delivery
  • Strong customer-first mindset and excellent product judgement
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and disciplines rather than within a single product squad
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong understanding of UX and product design with the ability to provide direction and constructive feedback
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools
  • Technical background or strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Experience building products that combine software and physical hardware
  • Experience within e-mobility, EV charging or mobility
  • German language skills
