We believe that a strong design culture is key to the success of our company. After launching and growing across multiple healthcare verticals, we've learned what the market needs and built most of the foundational blocks. Now is the time to take our platform further — designing a product that works seamlessly across different verticals and customer types, while finding the shared foundations that scale. A core part of our design philosophy is simplicity of use: we build for adoption, minimizing the need for training or explanation, so that both healthcare professionals and patients can hit the ground running.

We're looking for a Product Design Lead who will be the most senior design voice in the company. You'll own the team's output, lead by example, and raise the quality of everything that ships. You care deeply about design-led simplification - not just getting features out the door, but making the product genuinely better for the people who use it every day.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and direction of the design team's output across product verticals
• Define shared design foundations, systems, and patterns that scale across different interfaces and user types
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, balancing multiple workstreams
• Mentor and elevate the existing design team — hands-on, not from a distance
• Drive design initiatives from concept to execution, with full ownership over your domain
• Be the decision-maker on design direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least some time in a lead role
• Experience designing complex, multi-audience or multi-vertical products
• Strong systems thinking — you know how to find the common denominator across different contexts
• You have a sharp attention to detail, care deeply about UX/UI and obsess over consistency, simplicity and functionality.
• Experience with user research, design systems, and both web and mobile design
• You love coaching designers, and working with other teams - Product, Engineering, Marketing.
• Proficient with the typical design stack (Figma, etc.)and excited about using AI tools to boost design productivity
• You’re experienced in user research, building design systems, and web and mobile design.
• You have great organizational skills, know how to prioritize and meet deadlines.
