Job Description

The Manager, Product Delivery & Quality is responsible for ensuring that software products and enhancements are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and achieve the highest quality standards.

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, development teams, QA, and operations. The successful candidate owns the execution of the product roadmap, manages delivery timelines, oversees software quality processes, and continuously improves development and release practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, technical understanding, product thinking, and quality assurance expertise to successfully transform business requirements into reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery

  • Lead the successful delivery of software products and enhancements from concept through production.

  • Translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories.

  • Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.

  • Coordinate activities across Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.

  • Ensure product releases are delivered according to agreed timelines.

Quality Management

  • Establish and maintain software quality standards.

  • Lead quality assurance planning throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Ensure appropriate test strategies are executed including:

    • Functional Testing

    • Regression Testing

    • Integration Testing

    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    • Performance Testing

    • Release Validation

  • Review testing metrics and defect trends.

  • Drive root cause analysis for recurring production issues.

  • Promote continuous quality improvement practices.

  • Validate completed features against business expectations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Software Engineering

  • Business Technology

  • or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, product management, QA, or project delivery.

  • Experience managing Agile software delivery.

  • Experience working with cloud-based software platforms.

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

  • Experience managing software releases.

  • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Required:

  • Agile / Scrum methodologies
