As a Product Delivery Manager in Commercial & Investment Banking – Prime Financial Services, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. In this role, you will lead complex, cross functional technology programs that improve the reliability and usability of data across the organization. This role is involves program governance (planning, operating cadence, dependency management, RAID, executive reporting, and escalation management) anddata delivery outcomes (data quality initiatives, metadata completeness, reconciliations, and ensuring datasets are accurately represented and discoverable in the Data Catalog). You will drive execution in a matrixed environment and ensure programs remain aligned to the broader data strategy, while partnering closely with technology, data owners, and governance stakeholders. Help shape how data powers decision making by leading high impact data programs that make critical datasets discoverable, trustworthy, and well governed.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Lead complex, cross functional data programs spanning dataset onboarding, data quality improvements, metadata completeness, and reconciliation controls across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Own program operating cadence: establish workplans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance forums; ensure timely delivery across parallel workstreams
  • Ensure dataset discoverability: partner with data owners and platform teams to maintain an accurate view of which datasets are published and discoverable in the Data Catalog, including status, readiness, and gaps
  • Drive metadata quality and standards adoption: ensure critical metadata (ownership, lineage, definitions, classifications, access constraints, refresh frequency, quality indicators) is complete, current, and aligned to standards
  • Coordinate reconciliations and control requirements: ensure reconciliations are defined, executed, evidenced, and maintained based on consumer and control needs; track exceptions and resolution timelines
  • Provide executive-ready reporting: deliver regular, concise updates on program health, dataset readiness, key risks/issues, decisions needed, and progress against strategic objectives
  • Align delivery to the data strategy: translate strategic goals into concrete roadmaps and sequenced execution; ensure programs advance reuse, trust, governance, and AI readiness of data
  • Manage resources and execution constraints: coordinate capacity planning, sequencing, and budget considerations; proactively adjust scope/timelines based on dependencies and constraints

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience leading technology or data programs with end to end delivery accountability in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-workstream programs (roadmaps, dependency management, RAID, governance, change control)
  • Strong working knowledge of data management concepts: data quality, metadata, lineage, data catalogs, reconciliations/controls, and dataset lifecycle (publish/consume)
  • Proven ability to manage escalations—including crisp problem framing, root-cause coordination, decision options, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to create executive-ready materials and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and appropriately leverage AI- and LLM-enabled capabilities to enhance day-to-day effectiveness (e.g., drafting executive communications, synthesizing program updates, accelerating analysis, improving documentation)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience with enterprise data cataloging and governance tooling and processes (e.g., catalog onboarding workflows)
  • Familiarity with data platforms and patterns (lake-formation/warehouse, streaming vs batch, APIs) and how they impact lineage/DQ/controls
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with auditability, evidence, and control expectations
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications
