🥜 In a nutshell

As our Product Delivery Manager, you will coordinate the smooth delivery of product initiatives across internal teams and external development partners, ensuring alignment, visibility, operational readiness, and efficient execution. You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, Content, Payments, Marketing and Development stakeholders while driving process improvements and supporting high-quality product delivery in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Delivery Coordination & Release Readiness

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of product initiatives, from planning through production release.

• Track development progress, timelines, blockers, dependencies, and risks while ensuring visibility across stakeholders.

• Support release planning, testing coordination, and operational readiness activities to ensure smooth launches.

• Help optimize workflows, resource allocation, and delivery predictability across multiple ongoing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main operational point of contact between internal teams and external development partners.

• Foster strong collaboration between Product Operations, Product Managers, QA, Content, Payments, Marketing, and Development teams.

• Ensure business priorities, scope, and delivery expectations are clearly communicated and aligned across stakeholders.

• Provide structured reporting and transparent communication to support strategic execution and decision-making.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and support the QA Team and Back Office Specialists, helping prioritize tasks and ensure operational efficiency.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve delivery, QA, and release processes.

• Maintain organized documentation, tracking systems, and delivery workflows.

• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with company objectives while supporting continuous operational improvement.

⚡ All you need is…

• Experience working within the iGaming industry.

• Previous experience in delivery management, product operations, project coordination, or similar roles within product or technology environments

• Solid understanding of software delivery processes and confidence working alongside technical teams and participating in technical discussions.

• Previous experience leading operational or cross-functional teams, with a hands-on and accountable approach to execution.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple parallel initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and delivery on track.

• Practical experience improving processes, working within agile or lean workflows, and using collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external development studios, distributed technical teams, or release and QA coordination processes.

• Experience scaling operational processes within fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.

• Understanding of product operations, delivery governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
