Reports to: Head of Product Operations (or Head of Product Management)
We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of product initiatives across our platform portfolio.
This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end execution of strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams while maintaining transparency into progress, risks, and dependencies.
The Product Delivery Manager plays a critical role in improving delivery flow, predictability, and value realization across the product organization. By providing operational oversight and cross-team coordination, this role enables product teams to deliver high-quality capabilities efficiently while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives and portfolio epics.
Ensure initiatives progress smoothly through the product development lifecycle (SDLC) from discovery through release.
Monitor delivery progress and ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and release plans.
Support teams in resolving delivery blockers and maintaining momentum.
Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations and Delivery, and Sales and Marketing teams.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies that impact delivery timelines.
Ensure teams have the information and context required to execute effectively.
Promote alignment between product priorities and engineering capacity.
Track delivery flow across initiatives and identify opportunities to improve throughput and predictability.
Support adoption of Agile and flow-based practices including backlog management, iteration planning, and value stream visibility.
Introduce improvements that help optimize the speed and quality of product delivery.
Provide clear visibility into initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
Maintain dashboards and reporting that track delivery health across the portfolio.
Communicate delivery insights and status updates to product leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify risks that may impact delivery timelines or product outcomes.
Facilitate mitigation plans and escalation where necessary.
Coordinate with teams to proactively manage delivery dependencies.
Support release readiness activities across teams.
Ensure releases are coordinated effectively across product, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
Assist in preparing release documentation, communication, and enablement materials.
5–8 years of experience in Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or Product Operations.
Experience supporting delivery in Agile product development environments.
Proven ability to coordinate delivery across cross-functional product and engineering teams.
Experience working with enterprise portfolio or backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Jira Align).
Experience of stakeholder management, and reporting out to senior management and/or executive leadership teams
Strong delivery coordination and organizational skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to synthesize complex delivery information into clear insights
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based product environments
Familiarity with DevOps workflows and modern software delivery practices
Familiarity with Global and/or in-country Payroll industry
Experience using delivery analytics or engineering intelligence tools
Certifications such as SAFe, Agile Program Management, or Kanban
Success in this role will be measured by:

Strong alignment between product roadmap and delivery execution

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field
