Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
  • Effectively manage Client relationships, often serving as the first point of contact for Product
  • Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
  • Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

  • Operate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguity
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market forces
  • Resourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagements
  • Strong communication/presentation skills that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Transaction Banking / Payments experience
  • 5+ years of managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
  • Knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
  • Undergraduate degree required
