Position Overview
This role drives the optimization of standardized delivery processes for containerized data center products. The core focus is ensuring that design, manufacturing, and installation follow best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Develop and refine standardized delivery workflows covering the entire lifecycle: design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with design, supply chain, and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Quality & Efficiency: Maintain strict quality standards to minimize rework while identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the delivery process.
Client Alignment: Interface with customers to ensure standardized product designs meet specific technical and operational needs.
Project Management: Manage multiple product delivery schedules, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget.
I nternal Training: Provide technical support and training to internal teams on standardized processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Project Management, with at least 5 years of experience in data center construction or prefabricated product delivery.
Deep understanding of the manufacturing and delivery processes for containerized data center solutions.
PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certifications are highly preferred.
Exceptional cross-team collaboration and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Experience with multinational companies or international construction projects is preferred
