The team is responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of P&C integration services and our P&C data platform, supporting data analysis and AI innovation. As a Product Delivery Associate, you’ll be part of an agile cross-functional group - including Cloud Integration Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Product Owners - where you’ll drive coordination, enablement, and continuous improvement across tech and business initiatives

What you will do

• You drive delivery by planning and running agile ceremonies, maintaining a healthy backlog, and ensuring the team’s commitments translate into real outcomes
• You take operational ownership, coordinating and supporting release management and incident management to ensure smooth team delivery
• You act as the reliable right hand to the Team Lead and the Product Owners, supporting daily activities, preparing presentations, and helping drive team initiatives
• You enable execution and project success by tracking scope, timelines, risks, and creating transparency through professional stakeholder management – while being directly involved in initiatives leveraging modern cloud technologies, data analytics, and AI
• You take on a variety of tasks as needed, such as business analysis, supporting development, and testing, giving you broad exposure and learning opportunities across the team

What you bring

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Business / related field with a strong affinity for IT
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, IT business analysis, or scrum master roles; consulting experience is a strong plus
• Passion for modern technologies such as cloud, data analytics, and AI, with a willingness to learn and engage in technical topics
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills for direct interaction with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
