Job Description

As the Product Delivery Associate within the BI and Engineering teams, you are responsible for promoting successful product delivery by managing Agile ceremonies, coordinating project execution, and ensuring effective collaboration between the BI and Engineering teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, including data lakes, platforms, and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, drive team alignment, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum in data product development.
  • Organize and manage sprint planning sessions, track progress, and help teams commit to realistic goals for data platform and BI deliverables.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring data products are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between BI, Engineering, and Data Platform teams, clarifying requirements, managing priorities, and resolving conflicts to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding of project status, risks, and data product value.
  • Support retrospectives and process improvements to enhance team performance, delivery quality, and data product scalability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • 2+ years in a delivery, Scrum Master, project coordinator, or product operations role with experience in data product environments (data lake, data platform, analytics).
  • Familiarity with BI workflows (dashboards, metric definitions, data pipelines), SDLC practices, and data platform concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to deliver complex data products.
  • Experience coordinating and resolving issues between BI, Engineering, and Data Platform teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in data-focused teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake architectures.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and scalable data product delivery.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
