Job Title: Product Delivery and Development

Corporate title: Associate

Location: Mumbai, India

  • The Product manager delivery and development is part of the product development team, responsible for transforming internal and external requirements into Jira’s for the respective tribes. The role focuses on the continuous review of Institutional Cash Management client demand and market trends. Work closely with Markets insight, product managers to turn requirements into clear business requirements to hand over to respective BFA of a tribe. Involve with tribes to address our demand and get them into the respective book of work(bow). Work with program manager to have our bow included in the reporting to respective KD’s. Bring products from development onto the market (full lifecycle)
  • This position works closely with product, client solutions, Strategy, tribe leads, TDI.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full product lifecycle.
  • Manage the Financial institutions book of work.
  • Work closely with TDI to make sure the bow will be delivered in time.
  • Create dashboards to show progress
  • Work on newsletter to update the ICM community on progress
  • Look across the BOW from the corporate bank and see which items can be relevant for ICM.

Your skills and experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Deep experience in the financial services with preferred knowledge of banking products (Cash management/Trade finance
  • 4+ years prior experience in program/project is a plus. Payment knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
