Job Description

The Product Delivery Analyst operates within, a structure created under the Infinity transformation to bring strategic clarity and executional discipline to overall portfolio management. This role is responsible for ensuring SKU integrity, managing product lifecycle data, and maintaining accurate master data across systems to support forecasting, supply chain efficiency, and portfolio optimization. This role is pivotal in enabling smooth product delivery by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving continuous improvement in data governance.

Key Accountabilities

Portfolio Management & Rationalization

  • Improve the product range at a regional level using standard supply chain practice
  • Review products against efficiency guidelines and recommend removing low- value items
  • Ensure new and delisted SKUs are integrated in all planning routines (demand, inventory, supply).
  • Lead annual portfolio health checks and SKU rationalization (ABC/XYZ analysis).
  • Track stock depletion progress versus discontinuation plans.

Master Data & Systems

  • Create, maintain, and audit product master data in ERP/MDM systems (e.g., Product Cloud, JDE, Anaplan, Connect).
  • Ensure accurate setup of new product development (NPD) SKUs, restages, and discontinuations.
  • Maintain hierarchies (brand, category, segment) and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement master data standards, naming conventions, and training documentation.
  • Conducts consistency checks between ERP and MDM systems and ensure product data accuracy for forecasting inputs & replenishment.
  • Collaborate with demand planning teams to prevent forecast errors caused by master data issues.
  • Support monthly S&OP product reviews, including innovation tracking and portfolio simplification updates

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage BI tools and validated datasets to monitor SKU performance (e.g., 1% SKU analysis).
  • Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, SSOS, gross margin per SKU.
  • Establish standardized frameworks and dashboards to support allocation visibility and portfolio health.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate lifecycle and planning decisions across Market Companies, Brand Owners, demand and supply planning.
  • Align with Sales & Marketing for market relevance of portfolio changes.
  • Work closely with Commercial/Marketing, Demand Planning, Replenishment, IT/ERP/MDM, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service teams

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Anticipate resistance linked to role shifts and planning standardization.
  • Maintain Market Company visibility on priorities, reinforce feedback loops and local accountability.
  • Feed learnings into continuous playbook improvement and lifecycle planning frameworks.

Requirements

Functional Capability

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Solid experience with planning and analytics
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and allocation logic.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes and S&OP cycles.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional data inputs and manage inconsistencies or gaps.
  • Clear communication of complex scenarios through reports, dashboards or business cases.
  • Rigor in data handling, including attention to master data integrity and planning parameters.
