The Product Definition Engineer plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of our wind turbine blades. You will be responsible for translating complex design concepts into precise, high-quality technical documentation that drives our development projects from initial design through to industrialization. A key aspect of this role is your presence at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing—you will provide critical design verification during the production startup at our Proto build factories, ensuring our innovations transition seamlessly from the drawing board to the field.

You will secure high-quality design outputs by fostering close, cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders—including Engineering, Process Engineering, Global Equipment Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing—as well as our external partners. For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
