What You Will Do:

The Product Data Manager is responsible for governing and executing product master data strategy across the Pratt & Whitney Canada Aftermarket lifecycle. This role ensures the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of product data used to support MRO, customer support, digital services, and financial processes and many more.

The position leads a global team of data stewards and analysts responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving product data discrepancies across multiple internal and external data sources.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for overall performance of Product Data operations, ensuring SLAs, data quality KPIs are met and course correcting when required
  • Set direction and priorities for Data Entry Managers, Data Stewards, Quality Specialists, aligning team efforts with Customer Service objectives and Product Data needs
  • Lead a multi-tier team of 2 Data Managers (overseeing 30 Data Stewards) and 3 Quality Specialists to ensure accurate and timely Product Data
  • Responsible for HR related activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, issue resolution, etc
  • Govern product data quality enforcing data standards, conducting audits, and driving corrective actions
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting developed in partnership with the Data Analyst, presenting insights and updates to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations, including process optimization and the strengthening of data quality controls to support evolving business.

  • Success in this role will be measured through:
  • Data quality and SLA performance, including KPI achievement, error reduction, and audit results
  • Team productivity and efficiency, tracked through Data Steward throughput and delivery of improvement initiatives
  • Stakeholder satisfaction, reflecting the quality of partnership with engineering, MRO, and supply chain teams


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • B.Sc in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or B.Sc in Computer Science or B.B.A in Aviation Management or B.B.A in Business Analytics, or related field.
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Strong experience managing serialized product master data across ERP, MRO, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise-scale data quality improvements.


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in aerospace engine aftermarket, MRO, or fleet product management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM, and product master data models.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, MDM platforms, and data quality tooling.
  • Experience with data lake and warehouse solutions, driving scalable pipelines, data strategy
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and customer data obligations.


Shifts/Work Hours:

  • Shift Timings: 12.30pm to 9.30pm IST

This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.
