This position is within the Product Data Management team and plays an important cross functional leadership role in governing product data, PLM processes, and change management across the full product lifecycle. As a PDM Manager, one of your major focuses is the creation and execution of change orders which requires cross functional communication across multiple time-zones. You must be motivated to work in a data driven environment and act as a key NPI product team member to release programs to mass production, and subsequent sustaining programs. While you excel at the everyday execution of changes, you are also highly invested in driving new process optimizations and streamlining processes in order to enhance efficiency and quality in the NPI process. Key Competencies
The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at the commencement of employment. For candidates hired in the United States, the expected range is USD $110,000–$130,000 annually. For candidates hired in Canada, the expected range is CAD $100,000–$120,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits. Details of all benefits will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
