About the team:

We are reinforcing our Product Data Tools & Digital Enablement team at our location in Barcelona.

Our team drives the quality, consistency, and governance of product data across the organization. As a Product Data AI & Automation Expert, you will play a key role in introducing and scaling automation and AI-powered solutions that improve data quality, streamline governance processes, and reduce manual effort across product data operations.

What you can look forward to as Product Data AI & Automation Expert:

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Golden Record and governance
operations (e.g. data quality checks, cleansing, reporting)
Design, build, and deploy RPA/AI solutions (e.g. Python, UiPath/Power Automate,
Databricks notebooks) to automate repetitive product data tasks
Apply AI/ML techniques to support data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and
completeness scoring within the Critical Attribute Framework
Partner with IT to embed automation without duplicating governance logic inside pipeline
code
Build and maintain monitoring dashboards (e.g. Power BI) supporting the Quality &
Monitoring stream
Document and hand over automated processes so they can be maintained and scaled
beyond one person, avoiding new single-point-of-failure risk
Track emerging RPA/AI tooling and recommend adoption where it reduces manual
governance workload

Your profile as Product Data AI & Automation Expert:

3–5 years of experience building RPA/automation solutions (e.g. UiPath, Power
Automate, Python)
2+ years applying AI/ML to data quality, matching, or anomaly detection
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks) and SQL
Understanding of master/product data management and governance concepts
Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
Automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing industry experience a plus
Strong communication skills - able to translate technical automation into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
