About the role:
Product & Customer offboarding team consists of 11 professional and inclusive specialists who oversee several processes related to customer offboarding in SEB core systems. As a team manager you'll collaborate and support international stakeholders and ensure that tasks and processes are handled in line with SLA. Given that our processes play a crucial role in the Customer Lifecycle, it is imperative for the team manager to maintain a continuous commitment to improvement initiatives to identify new ways of working by focusing to identify each team members strengths and supporting their individual growth for the common good of the team.
